自制膨胀材料在正高煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔密封中的应用

摘要: 为了提高煤层钻孔封孔的成功率,保证抽放效果,同时降低封孔成本,以贵州省六盘水市钟山区正高煤矿M51#煤层15102B工作面为工程背景,采用普通水泥、硫铝酸钙水泥熟料、石灰、石膏等材料的复配得到的一种主动膨胀、高强度的钻孔密封材料进行瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔实验。通过对十二个试验孔和十二个对比孔每次检测的浓度进行整理可知,该材料在正高煤矿本煤层钻孔进行密封应用中,与原有的仅采用袋装马丽散封孔袋密封的方法相比,瓦斯抽采浓度有了大幅度的提高。

Abstract: Whether does the drill hole seal key lie in the material effective backfill drill hole peripheral crevasse, and the sealing length is long enough.Through the combination of Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement clinker, lime, gypsum and other materials can get an active expansion, high strength of the sealing material.The material sealing experiment in Zheng'gao coal mine, and the original method only using Marithan bag sealing , The gas drainage concentration have increased significantly.
